Rugby World Cup winner Lewis Moody and former England player Paul Nixon on how England can recover from their Ashes humiliation.

Lewis Moody, who played for England when they suffered a record defeat to the Wallabies but then went on to win the World Cup 5 years later, says "knee jerk reaction and sacking coaches is always a bad way to go" and the ECB should take that into account when reviewing the Ashes whitewash.
