Jak O'Donnel's (Very Basic) Scotch Broth Recipe

Ingredients

-Flank of Lamb

-Broth Mix

-Carrots

-Leeks

-Turnip

-Extra Cup of Barley (Don’t steep the barley)

-Seasoning

-Boil pot of water

-Add flank of lamb

-Grate half carrots and chop rest

-Chop turnip

-Chop Leeks

-Add broth mix

-DON’T USE STOCK CUBE

-season

-Make day before, simmering for two hours before letting cool.

-Can be made in a pressure cooker in 30 mins.
