She talks about her incredible year, her two MOBO Awards, and how her family and faith upbringing help to keep her grounded. Hardeep's faith guest is Sr Gemma Simmonds.

This time last year Laura Mvula was an almost unknown singer-songwriter,Ìýwhen herÌýEP "She"Ìýwas picked by the Â鶹ԼÅÄ and she was named asÌýone of the Sounds of 2013. Then in February she released herÌýfirst album ‘Sing to the Moon’ to critical acclaim and for which she received two MOBO awards and was nominated for the prestigious Mercury Music Prize.ÌýThis year she's also toured America, played Glastonbury and contributed to the soundtrack of the film "12 Years A Slave" coming out on general release this week.
