Clare English sits in

Clare English sits in for Kaye Adams and asks whether it is possible to wear fur with a clear conscience.

Peta have been running a Christmas campaign highlighting the cruel treatment of angora rabbits that are farmed for their wool in China. They released a video that shows the animals squealing as they are tied down and left red raw as their fur is torn from their bodies. However fur sales in general are on the increase and a host of celebrities are regularly photographed wearing fur these days (Rhianna is the latest example in today's papers).

Clare English asks: Can you wear fur with a clear conscience? Call: 0500 92 95 00. Text: 80295. Email: Callkaye@bbc.co.uk.
