Phil Galloway
Episode 4 of 6
The mother and child bond is often discussed, but the father-child bond is less well examined. Neil Mackay talks to Phil Galloway about being a dad at 18 and again in his forties.
What does it mean to be a dad? The powerful bond that exists between mother and child is often talked about, but what about the connection between a dad and his child? Is it any less powerful? And does the bond differ if you're a younger or an older dad? Neil Mackay speaks to a dad who has been both. Phil Galloway first became a dad when he was 18, and then again in his late forties. He tells Neil how the two experiences have differed and what it means to him to be a dad.
