Mark presents a double whammy of superb musicians with both Tim Edey and Will Pound in session.

Mark Radcliffe presents an hour of the best folk and acoustic music from Britain and beyond, including the latest releases, classic tracks and news from the folk world.
This week, Mark is presents not one, but two live sessions from two of the finest musicians performing in the UK today: Tim Edey and Will Pound.
Tim, from Kent, is the guitarist and melodeon player named Musician of the Year at the 2012 Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio 2 Folk Awards, where he also received the Best Duo prize for his work with the Kiwi harmonica player Brendan Power. Tim's new album Sailing Over the 7th String concentrates on guitar pieces and this week he performs in the company of brilliant Perthshire fiddler Patsy Reid.
Young harmonica player Will Pound has himself been nominated for a Folk Award, and counts among his credits roles in the Martin Simpson Band and duo work with Haddo and Dan Walsh. Will also recorded the harmonica part for the 2012 Christmas number one -The Justice Collective's charity single He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother. His own solo album, A Cut Above, has just been released and tonight he's joined by John Parker on double bass.
