Louise White sits in

Louise White sits in for Kaye Adams and asks whether Christmas shopping is changing for the better.

Monday was dubber 'Mega Monday' - the biggest online shopping day on record in the UK. This comes hot on the heels of 'Black Friday' (Asda lead a campaign to make last Friday Black Friday with the aim of emulating America and making it the biggest shopping day of the year).

However research reveals that far too many people have a cavalier attitude to staying safe online and Security Minister James Brokenshire has warned shoppers to stay vigilant.

AND

Citizens Advice Scotland have welcomed the latest moves to bring fair delivery charges to people in rural areas, calling it a classic 'peoples campaign'. Retailers are being encouraged to offer fair delivery charges to customers living in remote and rural parts of Scotland in the run up to Christmas.
