The Waterfront Hall concert is just one of a range of programmes across a special weekend on Â鶹ԼÅÄ Radio Ulster examining and celebrating the life and work of Seamus Heaney. The full running order is as follows.

In a special outside broadcast, Anne-Marie McAleese explores the landscape which nurtured Seamus Heaney, about which he wrote so vividly and where his body now rests. What is left of the world Heaney in which grew up? Conor McKay visits Barney Devlin at the blacksmith’s forge that inspired Heaney'sÌýpoem "The Forge" and Anne-Marie goes on a Heaney walking tour. Plus live music and guests.

In a pre-recorded interview, Brian D'Arcy will be talking to one of Seamus Heaney’s brothers, Hugh, about growing up with Seamus, and about how the family is coping with his loss. Heaney wrote the poem "Keep Going for Hugh."
