Kaye asks whether it is worth getting into debt over Christmas. And will you make the Brake Pledge to turn off your phone before you drive?

The Scottish Government launches the 12 Days of Debtmas campaign today aimed at people who may get into financial trouble in the run-up to Christmas. It has been revealed that a third of adults admit they expect to start 2014 in the red.

Kaye asks if Christmas is worth getting into debt for. Call 0500 92 95 00. Text 80295.

BRAKE launches a campaign at the start of Road Safety Week and calls on drivers across Scotland to prevent appalling crashes caused by multitasking at the wheel. The campaign appeals to drivers to turn off their phones or put them in the boot, and urges everyone to refuse to speak on the phone to someone who's driving. It's being launched almost a decade after hand-held mobiles at the wheel were banned and coincides with a week-long enforcement campaign.

Kaye asks if you will make the BRAKE pledge and turn off your phone?
