Sarah's guest this week is the satirist, actor and comedian, John Bird. He is best known for his contributions in Bremner, Bird and Fortune, an award-winning political comedy show on Channel 4. It included a series of sketches called The Long Johns, featuring Bird and John Fortune, who met as students at King's College, Cambridge. Bird also appeared in That Was the Week That Was (a title which he coined) in the 1960s, as well as The Secret Policeman's Other Ball. Other television appearances include Yes Prime Minister and Jonathan Creek.
