Insurers are being told to "get their house in order" and end practices which encourage fraud and exaggeration in whiplash claims. The Transport Select Committee says whiplash claims shouldn't be paid without supporting medical evidence and that the time limit to make claims should be shortened. 5live listener Mark in Doncaster has exaggerated two claims and received almost four thousand pounds as a result.

Also private investigators tell us that every week they're asked to do something illegal by potential clients. It comes after MPs on the 麻豆约拍 Affairs Committee have published a list of the types of businesses who have used private investigators to illegally obtain information.
