One of the most prestigious prizes offered by the Royal Welsh Agricultural Society is the- awarded to those who've achieved the highest level in their rural profession.聽 This year's winner was chosen from among Wales' most successful butchers -聽one who has established a successful business through the sale and promotion of locally-produced livestock products. 聽First prize went to Ieuan Edwards of Conwy so聽Rachael Garside聽visits the butcher's shop, the factory and helps out with a little taste testing聽of some award-winning sausages.
