Claudia Winkleman sits in as Scottish singer KT Tunstall picks her final two songs in Tracks of My Years, with music from Paul Simon and Led Zeppelin.

Scottish singer and guitarist KT Tunstall talks to Claudia about her final song choices in the Tracks Of My Years. Her selections today include the the title track to Paul Simon's acclaimed long-player that scooped the Grammy Award for Album Of The Year 1987. There's also one of the most recognisable songs by Led Zeppelin that was the opening track from the fourth studio album - Led Zeppelin IV. Claudia plays another track from the Album Of The Week, there's the daily love song and the Friday round of PopMaster. Next Month, KT Tunstall releases her fifth studio album - Invisible Empire/Crescent Moon which is accompanied by a UK tour.
