Karen Scobie's Raw Chocolate Fudge
1 cup of medjool dates (soaked)
1 cup of coconut butter
1/2 cup coco powder
1/2 cup of water
Throw all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. This could take up to 20 mins
Depends on the blender.
Put some greaseproof paper on the bottom of a baking tray then pour the mixture on hopefully without eating most of it .
It then goes into the fridge for 3 to 4 hours. But if you can't wait put it in the freezer for an hour and then the fridge .
When it is solid cut it into smal pieces and keep in the fridge.
