In celebration of this year's International Jazz Day, Jamie features a classic Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ archive recording from pianist Herbie Hancock, performing at Montreux Jazz Festival in 1990.

This week, he celebrates this year's International Jazz Day by featuring a classic archive recording of pianist Herbie Hancock performing the track Chameleon at the Montreux Jazz Festival back in 1990.

Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland is one of the most renowned jazz festivals in Europe. Other musicians in the festival in 1990 included George Benson, George Duke and Stanley Jordan.

Previous archive sessions on the show have included performances by Cleo Laine, Thelonious Monk and Joe Williams.
