The six finalists from the Junior and Senior semi-finals perform an inspirational song of their choice in front of judges, David Grant, Suzi Digby and Myleene Klass. One school from each category will be crowned Songs of Praise School Choir of the Year 2013. Aled Jones presents this entertaining final show from BT Convention Centre, Liverpool.
