Much of the focus is on the bottom end of the table, with six of the seven fixtures featuring teams fighting against relegation.
QPR host Stoke, while Sunderland try to beat Everton for the first time since 2001.
New Reading boss Nigel Adkins takes his side to Norwich, while his previous club Southampton visit Swansea, Wigan make the trip to West Ham, and Newcastle face West Brom at the Hawthorns.
The other game is a London derby between Fulham and an Arsenal side striving for a 17th consecutive top-four finish.
