Janice is joined by authors Louise Welsh and Zoe Strachan and meets Scottish contemporary music ensemble Red Note, plus Pasquale Iannone discusses the Italian Film Festival.

Louise Welsh and Zoe Strachan explain their choices for the top 20 poems they've selected for 'Best Scottish Poems 2012', an online anthology created by the Scottish Poetry Library as part of Aye Write.

Scotland on Sunday literary editor, Stuart Kelly will be launching our Book Group with a classic Iain Banks title - The Crow Road.

If you've ever fancied yourself as a composer, Noisy Night, hosted by Scotland's contemporary music ensemble, Red Note, is your chance to have your work performed by professional musicians. If you like brand new music, it's about as far away from the concert hall as you can get. Artistic director John Harris, composer Alexander Horowitz and flautist Ruth Morley join Janice.

And Pasquale Iannone joins Janice to talk about the Italian Film Festival.
