Peggy Lee was born Norma Dolores Egstrom in North Dakota and big bands were a constant feature throughout her long and successful career. From her first break with bandleader Benny Goodman in 1941 she would go on to work with arrangers including Billy May, Nelson Riddle, Shorty Rogers and Quincy Jones. For this exploration of the swinging side to Peggy Lee's music, the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Big Band are joined by one of the UK's finest jazz singers of today, Georgina Jackson.
