Johnnie Walker rewinds the clock to the moment Saturday Night Fever exploded onto the cinema screens, and remembers Bob Marley live at the Lyceum Theatre in 1975.

Johnnie Walker revisits the decade of Pans People, platforms, prog, pop and punk.
He goes back to July 1975 and Bob Marley and The Wailers live at the Lyceum Theatre in London. In 'I Was There', Johnnie shares his memories of those two special nights, which helped launch Bob Marley in the UK and put him on the world stage. Johnnie is joined by Fred Cantrell, former General Manager of Island Records. Excited by memories of breaking Bob Marley, Fred tells the behind-the-scenes story of the performances and remembers working with one of the most charismatic men in popular music. And Johnnie spins his favourite tracks from the resulting 'Bob Marley and The Wailers Live!' album including the definitive and much played version of 'No Woman, No Cry'.

Also on the show Johnnie's '70 Second 70's' takes us back to early 1978 when Saturday Night Fever, the movie which lit the touch-paper of the disco phenomenon, opened in the UK.

And as Michael Ball settles into his new Sunday evening show on Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio 2 he chooses his two favourite tracks from the 1970's.
