Rupert Gavin is Chief Executive of Odeon and UCI Cinemas Group, Europe's largest cinema chain.

Catherine was previously a micro-biologist in a brewery, but decided she wanted a new challenge.

Wearing a size 10 shoe herself, Catherine struggled to find shoes on the high street, so began designing her own shoes. Today, Amber & Jade sells women's shoes online to customers world-wide.
