Film-maker Eugene Jarecki on the US war on drugs, what makes babies laugh, Helen Lederer on Splash! and Richard's 'favourite' TV review with Boyd Hilton and Kevin O'Sullivan.
Boyd Hilton & Kevin O'Sullivan join Richard to review the week's television - Richard thinks it could be "the best ever" TV review, with Helen Lederer discussing her diving technique in Splash!, and the voice of 5live Lee Boardman talking about his new ITV show Great Night Out. Richard talks to critically acclaimed film director Eugene Jarecki about his new documentary, "The House I Live In", which looks at the US war on drugs. Dr Caspar Addyman tells us what makes a baby laugh, and the role it plays in the development of a baby's brain. Plus we get updates on the House of Commons debate on increasing benefit payments.
