Sean Curran reports on a lively, joke-filled debate after the Prime Minister's statement on the recent European Union summit. David Cameron was reporting back on EU discussions about a banking union and the Eurozone. The debate broadened out to his position on holding a referendum and to his promised speech on Europe, setting out his views. Europe took up much of the day's debating time in the Lords too. Also on the programme: Labour claims that there's a housing crisis; and the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Secretary Theresa May talks to a Commons committee about national security. Finally, it's nearly 800 years since the Magna Carta was signed. How should this event be commemorated?
