He's joined by Chris Cashin, the chair of the Wales board of the British Dietetic Association.Μύ Adam visits paediatric dietition Kate Harrod-Wild at the Wrexham Maelor Hospital who explains the importance of correct diet for the very young and the stages that babies go through when accepting new tastes.ΜύAlan Daulby meets community dietition Sarah Gooda as she presents a course to staff working in residential care homes, outlining the changes in our dietary needs as we get older. Judyth Jenkins of the Cardiff & Vale University Health Board explians the development of the All Wales Food Record Chart as an aid to hospitals achieving a consistant method of recording patients' food intake.
