Mark D'Arcy reports on an attempt to put internet pornography on a virtual top shelf as the House of Lords debates plans designed to protect children from online porn. In the Commons, MPs spent the day debating a series of private members bills. Plans to tackle the abuse and misuse of disabled parking permits have cleared the Commons. MPs also approved measures to clampdown on rogue scrap metal dealers.
