Farmer of the Year finalist: Tom Rawson
Getting to the heart of country life, as Adam Henson visits dairy farmer Tom Rawson in Yorkshire. Tom is the third finalist hoping to become Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Farmer of the Year.
Adam Henson is in Yorkshire for this week's On Your Farm to visit the third finalist vying to become the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Farmer of the Year. Tom Rawson is a dairy farmer with a new model of farming. As well as acting as a consultant who turns struggling farms around, Tom is also involved in managing four farms across the UK. What's different is that Tom hires cows from investors and then the investors get a return from the milk sold. Adam and fellow judge, Christine Tacon, have spent the last three weeks visiting all three finalists and the winner will be announced at the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Food and Farming Awards on the 28th of November in Birmingham.
