Sean Curran reports on the proceedings at Westminster as the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Secretary announces that the British computer hacker, Gary McKinnon, will not be extradited to the US.
Theresa May tells MPs there is no doubt Mr McKinnon was "seriously ill" and the extradition warrant against him should be withdrawn.
The Attorney General says he is applying to have the verdicts in the inquest into the 96 deaths at Hillsborough quashed.
Nick Clegg defends his decision to withdraw Liberal Democrat support for plans to cut the size of the House of Commons. And a report too from the Welsh Assembly on the exchanges at First Minster's Question.
