The disease has cost taxpayers Β£500 million over the last ten years and in 2011 it led to the slaughter of 26,000 cattle in England. Charlotte meets one of the cull organisers and visits Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust's farm, where badger vaccination is underway. She also discusses whether enough has been done to speed the progress of a TB vaccine for cattle.
The presenter is Charlotte Smith and the producer is Sarah Swadling.
