Good friend of the show and star of hit comedies Little Britain and Come Fly With Me, David Walliams joins the gang for breakfast to talk about his new book Rat Burger.

Good friend of the show David Walliams joins us for Breakfast to tell us about his new book called 'Rat Burger'.

David is a number one bestselling author and one of the fastest growing children's writers in the country. Now, hot on the heels of his last masterpiece Gangsta Granny, comes another hilarious, action-packed and touching novel about a little girl named Zoe and the evil Burt from Burt's Burgers, who's after her pet rat!

All this can only have come from the mind of one Mr Walliams, the comedy genius who brought us Little Britain and Come Fly With Me with Matt Lucas, which became the most-watched comedy of the year in 2010. David's also been on our screens as the newest judge to join the panel in the 6th series of Britains Got Talent.

Super Dave has also put his body through its paces for charity, most recently by swimming the length of the Thames in aid of Sport Relief.

Hopefully his visit to our studio will be a little less risky to his health, as long as we've cooked the eggs properly. We wonder how he likes his in the morning?!
