We're looking for your experience of consuming Scottish food; the importance of it, how people use it, availability, price etc.
And is enough is being done to encourage people to eat Scottish?
Plus, new research from Spain suggests that aggressive behaviour associated with being angry can double the risk of having a stroke.
Researchers claim it's as big a danger as smoking.
