The Annual Royal Public Finance Report has been published which reveals taxpayers are spending eight million pounds on their electricity bill and six million pounds on their travel? Kaye asks: At thirty two million pounds a year, does The Royal Family offer good value for money?
It's been calculated that there have been over five million babies born as a result of IVF since the assisted reproduction began in 1978. IVF treatment is currently available on the NHS if women meet eligibility criteria but costs on average Β£5000 if carried out privately. With NHS resources stretched Kaye asks: Should IVF be free on the NHS or should prospective parents have to pay for it?
A lack of male role models and gender specific expectations are just a couple of the reasons why boys are reading less and have lower literacy levels than girls according to a new report.
Kaye will be joined by former children's laureate Michael Morpurgo as she asks: What can be done to encourage more boys to read at an early age?
