It's the battle of the Wales chefs: returning contenders Richard Davies, James Sommerin and Stephen Terry. All are determined to knock out their rivals in the race to the banquet.
They cook their dessert, but who will impress? Stephen Terry with 'Bronze, Silver or Gold?', Richard Davies with passion fruit cream and gel with bitter chocolate sorbet or James Sommerin with raspberry and lemon cheesecake?
Great British Menu veteran Angela Hartnett decides who goes through to the judges on Friday and who is going home.
