It's the battle of the Wales chefs: returning contenders Richard Davies, James Sommerin and Stephen Terry. All are determined to knock out their rivals in the race to the banquet.

They cook their fish course, but which one will prevail? Will it be Stephen Terry with his fish and shellfish medley, Richard Davies with compression of vine tomato, poached lobster and hand dived scallop, or James Sommerin with lobster and IbΓ©rico ham, spiced butter and broccoli?

Great British Menu veteran Angela Hartnett decides who goes through to the judges on Friday.
