Helen Needham joins Alan Watson Featherstone in Glen Affric to find out about forest regeneration.
The island of Canna is the most westerly of the Small Isles. At one time, hundreds of people lived there, but now it has a population of 14 under the ownership of the National Trust for Scotland. Despite that, it's a fascinating place archeologically and its cliffs offer fantastic opportunities for sea kayakers. Mark Stephen, Euan McIlwraith and Christopher Sleight take to the water - not without incident - and brave the elements. Plus, camping in the rain and the problem with rabbits.
