Jeremy discusses the French elections

All this week, in Love Where I Live, Jeremy Vine celebrates Britain with listeners' love letters to the place they call home.

In this Olympic year, Jeremy Vine invites his listeners to celebrate all of Britain - and not just London - in Love Where I Live.

We're asking listeners to write a love letter to the place they call home, whether they're passionate about its rich history; spectacular architecture; wonderful vistas; or a real sense of community.

And those who send in the most interesting letters will get to read them out live on air, in a week-long celebration of all that's great about Britain, from its biggest cities to its smallest hamlets.
