Sean Curran reports on the proceedings in the Commons as the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Secretary says the radical cleric, Abu Qatada, can be deported to Jordan.
Theresa May tells MPs that Jordan had given assurances that he will get a fair trial and says he could now be removed from the UK "in full compliance of law".
The Government moves to overturn a raft of changes made by the House of Lords to its plans for legal aid in England and Wales.
And the Metropolitcan Police Commissioner, Bernard Hogan Howe, tells MPs that he will not stand for any racism within the force.
