6 Music's Lauren Laverne sits in for Dermot O'Leary and she has Laura Marling in session. The young English singer-songwriter won the award for Best British Female Solo Artist at the 2011 BRITs and has picked up Mercury nominations for two albums, including 2011's release A Creature I Don't Know.

Lauren also talks to designer Wayne Hemmingway about the Vintage Festival, which returns to celebrate seven decades of British culture this July.

You can hear Lauren Laverne's 6 Music show every weekday from 10am, with regular live sessions featuring up-and-coming artists as well as influential acts like De La Soul, Paul Weller and Orbital.
