All this week, Jo chats to the nominees for the Brit Award for Best British Group and today it's the turn of Chase & Status. Also nominated for the award are Arctic Monkeys, Coldplay, Elbow and Kasabian. This category is being supported this year by Radio 2 and YOU can vote for the band you want to win Best British Group via our website - www.bbc.co.uk/radio2

Jo is also joined by Kate Mossman from Word Magazine who reviews this week's album releases. She'll test your music knowledge with The Stack - that's three songs spliced and diced together - and you have to figure out what the songs are and how they're connected. Then at 9.15pm, she plays THE song which will help you get through your Evening Shift.
