Lulu is a fun-loving tortoise who, with her friends Hugo the hare, Freddy and Freda the ferrets, Hattie the owl, Barry the badger and Spike the hedgehog, goes on adventures and discovers more about nature and the world around her.

Lulu and her friends hurry to reach the school. The teacher is going to reveal who the culprit is in the story she was telling them the day before. Each one of them has come up with a theory about the culprit during the night. They're all excited when they get to school. Unfortunately, the teacher has lost her voice and cannot speak. Impatient to find out the ending, the friends do everything they can to cure the teacher with the help of natural medicine.
