Will welfare reform do anything to change Scottish dependency culture? And no women were nominated for Sports Personality of the Year. Do we just not care about women in sport?
Is cutting benefits the way to get people into back to work?
The Scottish Government have voted to resist Westminster's proposals to reform the welfare system with the introduction of a universal benefit. The SNP wants to pass its own legislation to protect vulnerable groups north of the border
Kaye asks if welfare reform is the best way to shake Scots out of a long-running dependency culture, or is there a real risk that many vulnerable and needy people will be at risk if they start to lose out on benefits.

The Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ's annual gong for Sports Personality of the Year will be awarded tonight at a glittering ceremony in Salford's media city, and the winner will emerge from a shortlist of 10...10 men. Not a single British sportswoman made the shortlist which has resulted in a right old stushie about sexism in sport
Kaye asks...Have women been missed off the list because their brand of sport is simply less interesting and exciting than men's? Or are the achievements and efforts of our sportswomen more or less ignored in the face of male dominance in sporting circles?
