Bob talks to Nashville recording artist Sunny Sweeney, whose recent career has taken her from a self released debut album to a mainstream deal with one of Nashville's biggest record labels.
When Bob first met Sunny in 2006 she had just self-released her first album Heartbreakers Hall Of Fame and was playing clubs and honky tonk bars in her native Texas. A year later she was signed to Big Machine records, home of artists like Taylor Swift, Reba and Rascal Flatts, and became the first artist to release an album under their Republic records banner.
Her second album, Concrete, came out earlier this year and included her top ten country hit From A Table Away. Sunny talks to Bob about her breakthrough into mainstream Nashville and the personal changes which provide the backdrop to her latest album.
