The Prime Minister tells MPs he negotiated in "good faith" and his demands were "modest, reasonable and relevant".
The Labour leader, Ed Miliband, says Mr Cameron had "given up our seat at the table" in Europe.
The Energy Secretary reports back on the deal done at the climate change talks in Durban.
While in the Lords, peers raise concerns that cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy may be refused disability benefits.
