Animation. Lulu is a fun-loving tortoise who, with her friends Hugo the hare, Freddy and Freda the ferrets, Hattie the owl, Barry the badger and Spike the hedgehog, goes on adventures and discovers more about nature and the world around her.
In the sky, two clouds look like Lulu and Hugo racing one another. But who won the race? Lulu and Hugo can't agree so, to settle matters, Hattie suggests a real race between the two friends. So who's going to win this time?
