AgnΓ¨s C. Poirier is a political commentator and film critic for the British, American, Canadian, French and Italian press, and a regular contributor to the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ, Sky News, and Al Jazeera. She is the author of Les Nouveaux Anglais (2005), TouchΓ©, A French woman's take on the English (2006), Le ModΓ¨le anglais, une illusion franΓ§aise (2007), Les Pintades Γ  Londres (2008). She is currently writing her next book, a study on post-war French intellectuals.
