Philip Dodd talks to Chris Patten, the new chairman of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Trust. The former Conservative cabinet minister and party chairman Chris Patten was the Governor of Hong Kong who oversaw its handover to the People's Republic of China in 1997. He discusses the role of the Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ in the twenty first century as it faces cuts and radical reshaping.
