Matt explores the enduring appeal of the area for tourists, while Ellie meets the farmers who are quite literally living on a gold mine, and cooks up lunch using bushcraft skills.
The team also reveals which image was voted as the overall winner in the Countryfile Photographic Competition 2011. And Adam is on the trail of another winner when he joins the judges of Βι¶ΉΤΌΕΔ Radio 4's Food and Farming Awards to find the Farmer of the Year.
