David Cornock reports on proceedings in the Commons and Lords as Labour accuses Conservative MPs of being on the brink of "mutiny" over a vote about a referendum on European Union membership.
The Government says the decision to bring the debate forward to Monday was so that it could be "enriched" by an appearance by the Foreign Secretary, William Hague.
MPs consider controversial Government proposals to simplify the planning process in England and make development easier.
And the House of the Lords hears that ministers are finalising plans to clarify the law on how much force homeowners can use against intruders.
