Twin B is on a mission to find out how to make the perfect mixtape and then, with the help of top grime producer Terror Danjah, make his own perfect tape!

He investigates how the role of mixtapes has changed over the years from the Dancehall sound-clash recordings, to Hip Hop mixtapes, to Jungle tape-packs and eventually Grime mixtapes, hearing from the likes of Pete Rock, Roots Manuva, Lotek, Sway and Kano explaining this history.

Meanwhile he learns what the key ingredients of a good mixtape are with advice from major mixtape artists including Wretch 32, J2K, Kano, Sway, Gfrsh, Lioness, Lady Chann, A Dot, P Money, The Heatwave and Toddla T.

Twin explores the different elements that can be included such as skits, 'diss tracks' and hosts, while pausing to consider the legal issues connected with the scene.

While discussing these aspects, Twin and Terror chat about potential artists to include in their mixtape and in doing so celebrate some of the most exciting mixtapes and mixtape artists of recent years and the future.

The documentary then builds towards the final mixape that the two have made over the hour, 'A Snapshot of Now', and ends with the two artists playing us the fruits of their efforts.
