Nigel Ogden presents tracks from a couple of new CD's, marks the centenary of one of the world's largest instruments and shares his memories of someone who was a major figure in the world of theatre organ restoration. For his latest CD Jelani Eddington's plays the magnificent Wurlitzer installed in a private home in Ohio whilst closer to home in Romsey Abbey David Coram has given another delightful life to the perennial favourite Peter and the Wolf narrated by Richard Briers. Nigel features the organ which has been played everyday business day in Maceys department store in New York as it turns a hundred and he pays tribute to the the talents of celebrated organ restoration wizard Dave Pawlyan, who died in June.
