A variety of threads make up this week's show, from the resurgence of Doris Day with a new album charting, to the discovery of the re-issue of a rare Mel Torme album. And there are new releases from artists as varied as Barbara Rosene, Lola Albright and Janet Klein along the way.
Saying farewell to another month, we have Frankie Laine's September In The Rain and Broken Bicycles by Tom Waits. There are two very different versions of Rodgers & Hart's I Didn't Know What Time It Was; two different songs with the same title - There's A Man In My Life - sung by Lola Albright and Teddi King; and a song recorded 70 years ago to this very day.
